His experience spans fix-and-flip, bridge, DSCR, ground-up construction, commercial, and multifamily lending. Although his primary focus is on the Tennessee markets, he has originated and developed lending opportunities across multiple states, while building strong relationships with investors, builders, Realtors, attorneys, lenders, and other industry professionals.
