Jeff Purkey brings a well-rounded background in financial services, client relations, and real estate investing, with experience that reflects both corporate discipline and entrepreneurial ownership. After relocating to Charlotte in 2021, he joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a Registered Escalation Specialist, where he handled complex customer matters, partnered with internal and external stakeholders to resolve time-sensitive issues, and helped coach newer specialists to improve performance and efficiency.
Outside of his corporate role, Jeff has built a strong entrepreneurial foundation through real estate investing and financial consulting. He has led the acquisition and disposition of rental properties across the St. Louis metropolitan area, overseeing negotiations, vendor relationships, compliance, and portfolio operations. He has also worked with clients on business financing strategies, including SBA loans, conventional lending solutions, and alternative financing options, helping align capital decisions with broader growth and investment objectives.
Earlier in his career, Jeff served as an Investment Advisor Representative, where he developed a strong foundation in portfolio analysis, client education, and relationship management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. With experience across financial operations, real estate ownership, and client-focused strategy, Jeff brings a practical, results-driven perspective to helping clients navigate opportunities and make informed financial decisions.
