Yolande earned her BA in Business Administration and Leadership from Concordia University in 2012 and has held an active real estate license since 2008. Her professional path includes roles as a residential loan processor, commercial property manager in downtown Nashville, and operations lead for an Architect/General Contractor—where she managed both client relationships and subcontractor coordination.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Yolande has owned a plumbing franchise and supported the launch of an automotive repair startup. As a real estate investor herself, she has successfully completed both fix-and-flip and rental projects, giving her hands-on insight into what borrowers need to succeed.
Yolande is known for her customer-focused approach, leading with honesty, transparency, and a genuine desire to help her clients achieve financial independence through real estate investing.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her exploring North Carolina’s trees, trails, and beaches or traveling across the U.S. and abroad to experience new cultures and destinations.
